Adam Croft

Since 2005 Adam was the lead transaction member of an independent brokerage specialising in the disposals of SME companies across the UK (facilitating over 100 company sales in this time), joining JDC in 2013.

Adam specialises in the sale of independent companies within the £500,000 - £50 million turnover range, predominately, but not exclusively in the business support and services sector.  His experience encompasses negotiating and completing deals with corporate entities based in the UK and overseas, including transactions with multi billion pound turnover AIM listed purchasers, international groups, investment consortia and private equity houses.

With an in-depth knowledge of valuation metrics, the sales process, negotiation, deal structure and the lead process, Adam also has extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and was requested to discuss the industry as a panel member alongside other industry and financial peers at the Bournemouth Care Show in 2013.

He is one of a handful of advisers who have an in-depth knowledge of the business and support services sector, in particular the UK recruitment and employment sub market, having completed disposals of recruitment companies in every region of the UK, as well as mainland Europe.
