Chris Adlam FCCA

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in both advising and managing businesses through all stages of the corporate cycle.

He takes a hands-on approach and regularly provides board level and strategic support to directors, helping them develop their businesses and manage relationships with key external stakeholders including lenders, shareholders and, when required, creditors and customer groups.

He has significant experience in the development of businesses at all stages of their lifecycle and when things do not go to plan, the turnaround of distressed businesses.  He has also acted as lead adviser in numerous sale mandates.

Chris is widely recognised as a leading analyst of and adviser on business funding requirements and has completed countless independent business reviews and due diligence reports on behalf of lenders, private equity owners and business acquirers.

Chris leads our Business Growth Services team and has spent his career to date working primarily in the East Anglian and London market.
